Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. Her fame is largely due to her theatre work, as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. The year 2006 saw Van Poli recorded her own version of the Disney song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon in the context of Disneymania. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she has recorded a number of songs featured on the film's soundtrack. One of these songs is the iconic A Change in Me.
